If you wish to return your item for any reason, we’re here to make the process simple and hassle-free.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition

With tags (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
- Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and include clear photos of the issue. For damaged items, we will send a replacement right away. For incorrect items, we will promptly send the correct product after reviewing your request.
Order Cancellation Policy
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure fast delivery.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@minimalvintage.com.

After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed, as the order may already be processed or shipped.

If the order has shipped, you can return it after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
