Return Policy
Yes! We are extremely confident that you will love Minimal Vintage products. However, if you do not find our items suitable for you we do offer a 30-day return policy.
1. Contact customer service at support@minimalvintage.com indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original tags and packaging. The product being returned must be unworn and unwashed.
Note: If your return items arrive without the bag or bow, or are deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that we do not provide a shipping label on returns.
To begin your return or exchange, contact us at support@minimalvintage.com
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
1. Send us your order number, name of the product, the variant received, and a request for the new variant or item desired. (We will try our best for your desired variant, size, and product to be in stock for an exchange.)
2. Send your item(s) to the address provided to you via email.
3. Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
Extra Information
Refunds will be sent directly to your original payment after our inspection team finishes the quality check of the returned items. Since those fees are not collected by our company we want you to know that:
- Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
