✔︎ Yes! We are extremely confident that you will love Techwear On products. However if you do not find our items suitable for you we do offer a 30-day return policy.

1. Please contact customer service at indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original tags and packaging. The product being returned must be unworn and unwashed.

3. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests, so please contact us before making this decision.
4. On Sale items can be qualify only for an exchange or store credit refund, which never expires.

Note: If your return items arrives without the bag or bow, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

1. Send us your order number, name of the product, the variant received and an request of the new variant or item desired. (We will try our best for your desirable variant, size and product to be in stock for an exchange.)

2. Send your item(s) to address provided to you via email.

3. Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be sent directly in your original payment after our inspection team finishes the quality check of the returned items. Since those fees are not collected by our company we want you to know that:

  • Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Please don't be bothered from our customer service team when we ask some mandatory questions regarding your return. We just want to avoid people taking advantage of our system and help our customers.
